Commercial opportunities
Sponsors are invited to make a contribution to play expenses and in return are allocated advertising space in the Saddleworth Players brochure, on the play poster, the programme and on the Millgate Arts Centre website. The Saddleworth Players brochure is delivered in August and reaches approximately 12,000 households.
Sponsors also receive complementary tickets to their sponsored play and are welcome to advertise within the theatre during the run of the play… an advertising opportunity for your company and a good night out.

As well as sponsorship of plays, opportunities exist for companies which have a close relationship to the subject matter of the plays to get involved. We can organise space for stands or displays in the bar area or foyer for your company to man during the run of the play.
Charity nights
Local charities are invited to raise funds for their organisation by selling tickets for a half or a full house at the Sunday evening performance of our productions. Many charities have benefited from this facility and boost funds further by providing a supper for the audience. The Saddleworth Players give their performance free of charge, and the charity is asked to pay only the royalties fee. For more information, please contact Edwina Rigby on 0161 626 3917.
